Un Chef, un Vigneron

Consultant Chef Jean-Philippe Watteyne and Executive Chef Gabriele Petrucci have concocted a unique menu to which the owner and winemaker of the Domaine du Chenoy, Pierre-Marie Despatures, has associated his best products for an exceptional evening during which they will also be on hand to help you recognise the flavours and tell the story of the estate.

As this is primarily a WINE Days event, the chefs have, for once, matched their dishes to the wines on offer.
