The restaurant

On the roof of the hotel, our bees forage on herbs and aromatic plants grown on site, to provide the honey that will be used in the recipes, desserts and breakfast buffets. The chef, Jean-Philippe Watteyne, and his team have also been foraging for the best of Belgian produce to serve a feast for the eyes and taste buds. Enjoy a quick bite with colleagues, dinner with friends or a relaxed evening with your partner and see how the heart of The 1040 extends much further afield than the district that gives it its name.
